Sage + Tumbleweed

In the valley where I live the mountains loom large in the distance while in the valley there are many varieties of sage. These sage bushes turn to tumbleweeds in the fall and they often accumulate beneath the pinon trees. (They make great fire-starters by the way!)

This piece pays tribute to the sage and tumbleweed in the valley.
