5 Day End of Year Journaling Challenge

Ready to wrap up the year with clarity and purpose?

Join the 5 Day End of Year Journaling Challenge, where you'll be guided through intentional prompts and reflections to review, release, and reframe your year. Each day, you'll receive a focused journaling session designed to help you celebrate your growth, acknowledge challenges, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead. Whether you're new to journaling or a seasoned writer, this course will empower you to close the year with gratitude and confidence.

The 5 Day End of Year Journaling Challenge is my signature program - based on my own yearly practice of wrapping up each year with clarity. When we bring awareness to our physical health, relationships, mental health, environment, activities and habits, then we increase our likelihood for success - and happiness.

This program will run for 5 weeks from December 2024 to January 2025. The course is recorded, and will be hosted through my Art of Awakening Patreon community. When you register, you’ll be sent a PDF with all the information you need to gain access to the course. We’ll have a live Zoom call to kick things off on December 21, then each of the 5 parts will be dripped out in Patreon over the 5 subsequent weeks. We’ll wrap up with an intention setting exercise for the new year on January 11th, 2025.

For each of the 5 days (we’ll actually have a full week for each section) of the challenge you’ll get a new guided meditation targeting a different aspect of our experience, and a list of themed journaling prompts to help you gain clarity and insights on what you’d like to change, what you’d like to release, and what you’d like to invite in the new year.
