Ignite Your Creative Fire: Year of the Dragon 🐲🀄🐉

Happy Year of the Dragon! I don't know about you but I feel this mythical beast in full force and ferocity, swinging his tail and breathing fire. This is going to be a wild ride this year!

So let's start things off with a bang, shall we?

I'd like to invite you to make a big shift and join me on an expedition. The territory is your mind, and the goal is to heal from the past, discover your highest aspirations for your life and identify what you want to create.

In preparation, we'll need to let go of what's no longer needed (feed it to the dragon's fire!) and prepare for the journey. Just to share how serious I am about this, I've deleted my old website! I'm going all in on my art this year, and I'm inviting you to join me.

Art of Awakening Circle

The Art of Awakening Circle is a community of women dedicated to pursuing their art and uncovering the foundations of healing that allow for full expression. Awakening is an art, and art is also a means to awakening. The dragon is asking us wake up, and for that to happen we need to set an intention and engage in the process.

We just entered a new era (with Pluto entering Aquarius last week) that will force us to change our way of thinking. So the way I see it, we can either do it unconsciously or consciously. The only way to become conscious is to make it a daily practice. In Art of Awakening, I share guided meditations, healing practices, and creative inspiration to help you formulate your Dragon-esque plan of action.

I have started posting my writing on Medium, a wonderful platform dedicated to a hosting community of writers. I love this platform because it is actually about the writing - and encouraging people to read! My blog has been thrown into the obscurity of cyberspace and is being replaced by Medium. Classical Ashtanga Yoga

I’ll be diving into the 8 Limbs of Yoga over the next few months, spending time on each of the limbs using the Yoga Sutras and other classical texts as a guide, as well as ways you can bring these teachings into your own life. To develop the wisdom and compassion necessary to make this big transition the world is going through we need both study and practice. Though I'm not a scholar of these teachings, I have read them numerous times and studied them with great teachers, so I'll act as a guide to share them with you. This will happen in the Art of Awakening Patreon community.​
